December 17, 2011CLEVELAND, Miss. - The Mars Hill men's and women's swim teams sit in fourth place after the second day of the Delta State Christmas Meet. The meet is being held at the at the Delta State Aquatics Center.
On the women's side, Megan Bartlett placed eighth in the 400 Yard Individual Medley in 5:05.12. Alexis Myers was ninth in the 100 Yard Backstroke in 1:07.22.
On the men's team, Tyler Treadway finished fifth in the 100 Yard Butterfly in 51.76 seconds. Trey McGraw placed ninth in the 200 Yard Freestyle in 1:45.57.
Mars Hill will return to the pool on Sunday for the final day of competition. Preliminary events start at 10 a.m. with the finals starting at 6 p.m.
