Agnes McAmis Memorial Final Results
April 3, 2012GREENEVILLE, TENN.-- The Mars Hill women's golf team finished in 17th place at the Agnes McAmis Memorial, which was completed Tuesday.
Mars Hill shot a 726 (+150) overall. The team improved on its round one score by seven strokes in the second day of the tournament. Jacqueline McCormick led the Lions with a two-day score of 163 (+19). McCormick improved her score by five strokes in the second round.
Tusculum went home with the team championship, shooting a 593 (+17). Jilian Corum of Tusculum was the individual champion with a two-day score of 141 (-3) to win by two strokes.
Mars Hill will be in action again at the Aramack Collegiate Invitational in Etowah, N.C. on April 8.
